1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and gglbet ("gglbet," "we," "us," "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at gglbet.win and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing gglbet in any capacity — including browsing the site without registering, registering an account, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, or placing any bet or wager — you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with gglbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by gglbet, including but not limited to: live casino games, RNG table games, sports betting, slot machines, bingo rooms, and any promotional or loyalty programmes operated by gglbet.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To be eligible to register a gglbet account and participate in real-money gaming, you must:

• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles gglbet to immediately close your account and withhold any funds.

gglbet reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and/or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by gglbet may result in deposit restrictions and/or withdrawal holds.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gglbet login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

All bets, transactions, and activities conducted through your gglbet account — whether or not authorised by you — are your sole responsibility. gglbet cannot reverse bets or transactions completed prior to notification of unauthorised access, and shall not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

gglbet employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all sessions and actively monitors for unusual account activity. However, these measures do not diminish your personal obligation to maintain account security.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

gglbet supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX (Online Banking), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT (Tether). Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits are subject to a minimum threshold as displayed in your account cashier at the time of transaction. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your gglbet account within seconds. FPX and online banking transfers may take up to 15 minutes during peak banking hours.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise agreed with gglbet's support team. Verified accounts are eligible for same-day withdrawal processing during standard operating windows. gglbet reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete.

Currency: All gglbet transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). USDT deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate displayed at the time of transaction. gglbet does not accept deposits in any other cryptocurrency.

Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name will not be accepted and will be returned. gglbet prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Any funds deposited via a third-party account may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on qualifying games before a withdrawal request may be submitted.

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are met;
• gglbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated;
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using low-risk mathematical strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus cancelled, wagering voided, and associated winnings confiscated;
• gglbet reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion;
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, gglbet's interpretation of the applicable terms shall prevail.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on gglbet are subject to the individual game rules displayed at the point of play. For sports betting, the specific rules applicable to each sport and bet type are published in the gglbet Sportsbook rules section. For live casino games, the rules applicable to each table are displayed within the game interface.

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and table and are displayed at the point of play. gglbet reserves the right to change bet limits at any time without notice. Maximum payout limits per bet, per session, and per day apply and are communicated within individual game or product rules.

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error (including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, incorrect game outcomes, or software malfunctions), gglbet reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Neither gglbet nor its game suppliers shall be liable for any losses or costs arising from technical failures.

For sports betting: in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and liquidity at the time of placement. Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds or on events already concluded will be voided. Asian Handicap and Over/Under markets follow standard international sports betting rules as published in gglbet's Sportsbook rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gglbet. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with gglbet's platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Using the platform in connection with any fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering activity;
• Registering or operating more than one gglbet account;
• Depositing funds using payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or gglbet's backend systems;
• Engaging in any conduct that gglbet, in its sole and reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful, abusive, or disruptive to the platform or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the gglbet platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, design elements, and the gglbet brand identity — is the exclusive property of gglbet or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gglbet platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any gglbet content without prior written consent.

The gglbet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of gglbet. Unauthorised use of gglbet's trademarks — including in metatags, domain names, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gglbet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gglbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gglbet shall not be liable for: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of business; indirect, special, or consequential loss; losses arising from reliance on information provided on gglbet.win; or losses arising from events outside gglbet's reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to internet service outages, banking system failures, or acts of government.

The gglbet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While gglbet uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and game integrity, gglbet makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10 Responsible Gaming

gglbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Malaysian players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered gglbet account holders directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your gglbet account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined time period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each individual gaming session;
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic notifications during play reminding you of elapsed time and net gaming activity;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the gglbet platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be unable to register a new account.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

gglbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity;
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual;
• Chargebacks initiated by a player against gglbet;
• A player's request for self-exclusion;
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation.

Upon permanent account closure for a material breach of these Terms, gglbet reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. Where account closure is not attributable to a player breach, gglbet will return any legitimate remaining balance to the player via their most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may voluntarily close your gglbet account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary closures are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method upon confirmation that no outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions exist.

12 Amendments to Terms

gglbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gglbet will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory reasons.

Your continued use of the gglbet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using gglbet and may request voluntary account closure.

The version of these Terms currently published at gglbet.win/terms-conditions is the version in force. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revision was published.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to gglbet's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming authority licence.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute between you and gglbet that cannot be resolved through gglbet's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14 Contact & Dispute Resolution

If you have any questions about these Terms, or wish to raise a complaint or dispute regarding your gglbet account, please contact our support team in the first instance:

gglbet aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with gglbet's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming authority dispute resolution body referenced in gglbet's licence documentation.
